Good Shepherd Church is located in Hood County in the unincorporated town of Acton, about six miles east of Granbury, Texas.

Directions:

From Granbury Square.

On Pearl Street, drive east (Court House on left) to Hwy 377.

Head north on Hwy 377 to the first Stop Signal. (Diamond Shamrock and Heritage Bank on right).

At the first stop signal; turn right on Hwy 4.

Follow Hwy 4 for four miles. Note: Road Construction on the last two miles In Acton, turn right on to Hwy 167 & Hwy 4. Before you get to the Diamond Shamrock Station. The Acton Shelter will be on the right side. Go through Acton past the shops, Baptist and Methodist Churches.. Good Shepherd is on the left side, immediately after the Methodist Church before the curve past the Acton Cemetery.

From Fort Worth

From I-20, turn on Hwy 377 south through the Benbrook business district. Continue southwest on Hwy 377 for about 30 minutes and miles through the traffic lights at Wheatland and Cresson until you come to Hwy 167 or Fall Creek Hwy traffic lights. The signing is to left to DCBE, Acton, deCordova Dam and Pecan Plantation.

About 2 miles, you will be in Acton. Be careful near the new road construction. You will turn left after the Diamond Shamrock Station. After turning, the Acton Shelter will be on your right.. Go through Acton past the shops, Baptist and Methodist Churches. Good Shepherd is on the left side, immediately after the Methodist Church before the curve past the Acton Cemetery.

From Cleburne

Follow Hwy 4 to the stop sign on Fall Creek Highway 167, turn right. The first church on the right is Good Shepherd Church.
